I never meant to start a brand. I just wanted to print a few shirts.
But somewhere between late-night thoughts and quiet prayers, Convert Culture Cause became more than an idea. It became a reflection of my journey.
I’m a small-town Black girl who grew up in church — in Sunday school classrooms, choir stands, and Bible study circles. I’ve always known the name of Jesus. But as I grew older, so did my questions. And instead of running from them, I let them lead me deeper as a way of reconstructing my faith.
I’m not walking away from Christ. I’m walking deeper into Him.
This brand is how I honor that season — real, raw, and rooted in the truth that Christ is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). I believe culture shifts. I see it. I feel it. But I also believe God’s Word does not.
One day, every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord (Philippians 2:10–11). Until then, I want to live in a way — and create in a way — that sparks hearts, plants seeds, and points back to Him.
I’m not ashamed of the Gospel.
I’m not interested in soft Christianity.
But I’m also not here to shout over people.
I’m rooted.
I’m honest about my wrestle.
I’m culturally aware.
And I’m learning how to be bold without losing love.
Convert Culture Cause isn’t just fashion to me.
It’s faith you can wear.
It’s a conversation.
It’s conviction with grace.
And maybe, if you’re in your own season of going deeper — it’s for you too.
